Introduction

The Affiliate Program ("The Program") is operated by Africhange, a Canadian corporation authorized and regulated by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre (FINTRAC) with business registration number (M19773759) to deal in virtual currencies, foreign exchange and money transferring activities ("we" or "us"). The Program allows eligible individuals ("Affiliates" or "you") to earn rewards in the form of Afripoints by referring new users to our platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  1. 1. Be at least 18 years old
  2. 2. Have a verified account with Africhange
  3. 3. Agree to these Terms and Conditions
  4. 4. Exclusive Participation: An affiliate can only join one affiliate program at a time. By participating in this Program, you confirm that you are not participating in any other affiliate program offered by us or our affiliates.

Program Structure

  1. 1. Referral Process: Affiliates can refer new users to our platform by sharing their unique referral link.
  2. 2. Referral Progress: The referral process is divided into three stages:
    1. - Signup: When a new user signs up using the Affiliate's referral link (e.g. 2 Afripoints)
    2. - KYC Completion: When the new user completes the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process (e.g. 3 Afripoints)
    3. - First Transaction: When the new user completes their first transaction on our platform (e.g. 4 Afripoints)
  3. 3. Gamified Leaderboard: Affiliates will be ranked on a leaderboard based on their referral performance, with the top-performing Affiliates earning more Afripoints.

Earning Afripoints

  • Afripoints: Afripoints are the rewards earned by Affiliates for successful referrals.
  • Afripoints Value: Afripoints have a monetary value of.....
  • Afripoints Expiration: Afripoints expire 6 months from the date they were earned.

Program Requirements

  • Unique Referral Link: Affiliates must use their unique referral link to refer new users.
  • Valid Referrals: Referrals must be valid and meet the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting our platform [refer to our terms and conditions]

Prohibited Activities

  • Spamming: Affiliates must not engage in spamming or send unsolicited emails or messages.
  • Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent our platform or services.
  • Fraudulent Activities: Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, creating fake accounts or using fake identities.

Termination

  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
  • Termination by You: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to us.

Disclaimer

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or the rewards earned through the Program.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Alberta, Canada.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
